A resident of the Vail Valley for 11+ years, Matt ventured to the Rockies from New England for a love of the outdoor mountain lifestyle. A Middlebury College Graduate and former service trader for Fidelity Investments, Matt has been a transaction leader in the real estate industry in Eagle County for several years, and approaches every day with energy and enthusiasm.

Matt recently completed his term as the Chairman (President) of the Vail Board of Realtors and has served on the Board of Directors for 4 years, as Mountain District Liaison for the Colorado Young Professionals Network, co-chair of the Realtor Political Action Committee for the Colorado Association of Realtors, and on several other local boards and committees. Additionally, Matt was recognized at 2011 Realtor of the Year for his overall dedication to the profession. Matt has achieved the Certified Residential Specialist, Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, and Certified Distressed Property Expert Designations, while also holding an Appraisal License.

Matt's clients most often use the words integrity, intelligence and passion when describing his approach to working on their behalf. Uncompromising market knowledge and a strong work ethic have enabled Matt to consummate a wide variety of transactions ranging from high-end resort sales to vacant land and local housing throughout the Vail Valley.

Matt lives in Eagle-Vail with his wife, Lynn, and their 2 dogs Sadie and Charlie. When he's not selling real estate, you will find Matt pursuing his passions of backcountry skiing, mountain biking, trail running, and hiking throughout Colorado's majestic mountains. Matt is also an avid supporter of Sudden Cardiac Arrest awareness and his wife's nonprofit, Starting Hearts.
