Kyle was one of four key brokers selected to comprise the Ascent Sotheby's International Realty team when it opened in 2009, and has been at home at this boutique luxury real estate firm ever since.

A native of Vail, Kyle began his real estate career directly after graduating from the University of Montana with a degree in Business Management in 2005. His extensive knowledge of the Vail Valley, outgoing personality, and candid business philosophy made real estate a perfect fit, and has contributed to Kyle's rising success in the field.

During 2010-2011, Kyle successfully closed approximately $19 million in real estate sales. He currently represents an additional $13 million in private client listings.

He attributes these results to his ability to provide clients with timely advice, relevant opportunities, and sound market analysis when considering the sale or purchase of a home.

Kyle grew up in Eagle-Vail with his three siblings, attended Vail Mountain School, and now lives in Vail with his fiancée, Nikki. He is an outdoor enthusiast with a passion for skiing, golfing, biking, kayaking and hockey.
