While originally from Huntington, NY, Patrice takes the most pride in calling the Vail Valley her home. She has lived here since 1993, and has established herself as one of the area's most respected professionals and outstanding members of the Vail Valley community.
During the past 17 years, Patrice has served as the Assistant Director of Development and Membership for the Vail Valley Foundation, the Valley's largest non-profit organization whose mission focuses on education, culture and athletics. As a real estate broker, she is equally committed to providing her clients with the same level of service she dedicated herself to while with the Foundation. She wants others to share in why so many people love to call the Vail Valley home or, at the very least, their "home away from home."
Patrice believes that clear, consistent communications and honesty are the hallmarks of good representation. Patrice is familiar to, and has worked with some of the most influential figures in the valley through her work at the Vail Valley Foundation. She has developed contacts in every facet of business and from every geographic region of the country. Patrice is dedicated to a positive real estate experience and her clients have the comfort and satisfaction of knowing that every angle and aspect of the transaction has been considered.
An avid skier and runner, Patrice shares her own Vail Valley home with her husband, Marshall, and two children. Patrice believes in a strong sense of community and is committed to giving back through her volunteer efforts for the Vail Valley Foundation, Vail Valley Medical Center Family Dinner Dance, Vail Mountain School and Children's Garden of Learning.
