Located in the mountains of Colorado for over two decades, Chadd strives to exceed his customer's expectations. He started his career working with Orient Express Hotels at The Lodge at Vail and Lodge Realty. Chadd lived and worked for two years in Paris working on the Orient Express Train during his fifteen years with Orient Express Hotels. This is where he learned the importance of five-star service and attention to detail, and how to work with very high-end clientele.

After fifteen years at the Lodge, Chadd's client relations grew when we took over as the General Manager of the Vail Mountain Lodge and Spa. With a twenty-room hotel, seven fractional condos, six full-ownership residences, a 18,000 sq foot athletic club and spa, plus the award winning Terra Bistro restaurant, Chadd quickly found a niche for commitment to excellence and dedication to his clients.

After five years as General Manager and managing the structure and eventual sell out of the Vail Mountain Lodge Residence program, Chadd had established the knowledge and solid reputation needed to pursue his career in real estate.
